Fans of new art song will want to attend the New Music from Mannes Composition Faculty concert next Tuesday, November 13. The concert features performers and composers familiar to the NYCC crowd. Compositions are by PAUL MORAVEC, Thomas Addison, Eleanor Cory, David Loeb, Robert Cuckson, and David Tcimpidis, all from the Mannes faculty.

Performers include the NYCC's own SOFIA DIMITROVA, soprano, who will be performing three (!) of the evening's composers: Moravec, Addison and Tcimpidis. Her accompanist is Catherine Miller. Also performing is baritone Ricardo Rivera, whom many will remember from the NYCC's fundraiser at Steinway Hall. Others include Ariadne Greif, soprano, Vilian Ivantchev, guitar, Sue Ann Kahn, flute, and Jason Wirth, piano.

Mannes is at 150 West 85th Street, the concert hall is on the second floor.

The concert is free and starts at 8pm.
